These Terms and Conditions govern apply to you if you register to use the FLEXILOGIN digital passport service (the “Service”). They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy which shall also apply to your use of the Service. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering to use the Service. By registering you are forming a contract and agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to use the Service.

  2. Registration

      You can register to use the Service by visiting flexilogin.com. You will be asked to provide certain information about yourself. You must ensure that the information provided by you on registration or at any time thereafter is correct, complete and not misleading.

      You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your details in order that we may communicate with you effectively.

      By registering you are forming a contract with us. The contract between us will consist of your registration details and these Terms and Conditions. Reference to these Terms and Conditions includes our Privacy Policy .
  3. Provision of the Service

      Following registration, and in consideration of you agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, we will make the Service available to you free-of-charge.

      The Service enables you to register with and subscribe to multiple websites, apps and other online and digital services (“Third Party Services”) which are provided by third parties who use the FLEXILOGIN technology (“Channel Members”) without having to create and manage multiple user names and passwords. The Service also enables you to access a directory of Channel Members.

      Full details of the Service will be described on the Website from time to time. We are continually seeking to improve the Service. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to make changes to any part of the Service without notice.
  4. Passwords and Security

      On registration you will be asked to select a username and password (“ID”). In order to prevent fraud, you must keep your ID confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised use of your ID.

      If you believe there has been a breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID, you must notify us immediately by emailing contact@flexilogin.com .

      If we reasonably believe that your ID is being used in any way which is not permitted by these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend access rights immediately on giving notice to you and to block access from your ID until the issues has been resolved.
  5. Responsibility for Third Party Services

      As detailed above, the Service enables you to subscribe to, register with and access websites, apps and other online and digital services (“Third Party Services”) provided by third parties who use the FLEXILOGIN technology (“Channel Members”).

      If you use the Service you acknowledge and agree that we do not recommend or endorse any products or services offered by Channel Members and we are not responsible for any products or services offered by Channel Members. If you choose to register with, subscribe to or access a Third Party Service you do so at your own risk.

      If you choose to register with, subscribe to or access a, Third Party Service, we strongly recommend that you check the relevant Channel Members terms and conditions and privacy policies before doing so. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Third Party Service these should be raised with the Channel Partner direct.

      We will not be a party to any agreement or contract which you may conclude with any Channel Partner relating to the use of any Third Party Services they provide and will be under no obligation to become involved in any disputes which may arise out of the use of such services.

      PLEASE NOTE: We will not under any circumstances have any responsibility to you or liability to you in respect of any Third Party Services or other products or services offered by a Channel Member.
  6. General Disclaimers

      Although we aim to offer you the best service reasonably possible, we make no promise that the Service will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the Services will be fault or virus free or continuously available. Your access to the Service may occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will try to restore the Service as soon as we reasonably can.

      The Service is provided to you free-of-charge ‘as is’ without any conditions warranties or other terms of any kind. Accordingly to the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide you with the Services on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for these Terms and Conditions might have effect between us.
  7. Liability

      To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you or any third party for any direct or indirect loss, and for any damage or expense (including without limitation loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated earnings or loss of data) howsoever arising out of your use of the Service or any fault or problem relating to the Service or any Third Party Services you may access or use.

      Nothing in these terms of use shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which can not be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
  8. Termination

      We may cancel your registration and terminate your access to and ability to use the Service on notice in the event that we decide (in our absolute discretion) to discontinue the Service at any time. However, where possible we will try and give you reasonable advance notice of any such decision.

      We may suspend or cancel your registration and terminate your access to and ability to use the Service immediately if you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or have made improper use of the Service or our website.

      You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing at contact@flexilogin.com . If you do so you will not longer be able to use the Service and this may affect your ability to use any Third Party Services which you have registered with or subscribed to.

      The suspension, cancellation or termination of your registration and your right to use the Service shall not affect either party’s statutory right or liabilities.
  9. Notices

      All notices shall be given to us via email to contact@flexilogin.com or by post to our registered office, or to you at either the email or postal address you provide during registration.

      Notice will be deemed to be given when an email is received (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or 2 working days after the date of posting.
  10. General

      If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.

      The failure to exercise a right or remedy provided by these Terms and Conditions or by the law does not constitute a waiver of other rights or remedies.
  11. Applicable Law

      If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
